Delivery Policy


How it works:

- When you place an order and your payment is received or if you selected "Cash on Delivery", your order is transfered to our office

- Our team prepares your order in the next hour to be ready for pick-up

- Depending on the hour of your order and category of your item/s, your package is picked-up the same day or the morning after

- Depending on the hour of your order and category of your item/s, your package is then delivered the same day or the day after


For cash on delivery :

If your order is above 1000 aed, a scan of your id or passeport can be requested.


Delays:

Our (shortest) delivery delay : 12 hours after placing your order (Yes, it's amazing, order at 9am and be delivered at 8pm approximately)

Our (longest) delivery delay : 48 hours after placing your order (Yes, it's quick for a 'long' delay) In case your order isn't in stock, you will receive an email in the 12h following your order to inform you of the delay estimated to get your items.

For pre-orders (like iPhone 4) : You will be contacted by email as soon as we are ready to deliver. First orders will be delivered first, last orders last so hurry up for all pre-orders :)


Delivery partner and tracking your order:

• Your order will be delivered by Aramex
• You will be able to follow your order status on your Member account on EmiratesAvenue.com
• You can contact-us anytime through the contact-us page
  
  

Even if our contract with our delivery partner strictly follows the delivery time and must result in your order being delivered between 12h to 48 hours, we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered in this time period. Weather conditions, traffic jams or unforseen circumstances could result in delays in delivery. In this case, you will get notified by an email or a phone call.
