Official Keynote 2010- IPOD Touch 4th Gen Camera- HD (04:57)
September 1, 2010- Steve Jobs Reviling iPOD Touch 4th generation with video camera and facetimeiPod Touch refresh & Apple iPod touch 4th generation release set for September. Apple media event will be remembered for several things including a revamped Apple TV. But the most important thing that will come to be associate with this event will be new line of iPods that the company has launched to once again ignite the sales of iPod.After its peak a few years ago, iPod sales have been going down and there were fears that if Apple couldn't make some drastic improvement, it would lose the market to new and emerging players. Though there are no big threat, but many are work in progress. For many iPod fans, the changes and improvements made by Apple are simply too good to believe. For many it was dream to have multitouch iPod and with the latest release, Apple has successfully shown that it listens to the users feedbacks.Apple has tried to make the new iPod nano look more and more impressive and has launched the seventh generation in seven great colors.A reader says, "I had to laugh at Steve again pimping the iPod Touch as the best portable gaming system on the basis of sales, as if that was even the secondary reason for buying one. I'm sure it's good for a few types of games, but I had a calculator watch that was good at a few types of games too. I might look again at the Touch when it's in stores to demo, but 'ultimate portable gaming system' it's not. If gaming were my primary focus, I'd definitely buy something else. That $400 price point for 64GB still annoys me, though, since they won't use a microSD interface. I hate having to swap music and video in and out constantly, but the $100 price jump doesn't seem worth it".Another reader has this to say, "What about the iPod Classic? Is it updated? Is it getting axed? Is it getting cheaper? I don't care about the touch as I already have a Droid and it does all of that stuff and I need more space than the Touch offers, teh only Apple product I will touch si the iPod classic and if they kill it I will probably never own an Apple product again".
