Returns & Warranty

Returns and refund policy:


EmiratesAvenue Warranty :

- Most of the products that we sell are already covered by the Manufacturer's warranty (Apple warranty, BlackBerry warranty, or Samsung warranty for example)

But as we know that it can be difficult sometime to use a manufacturer's warranty, we also offer our own warranty on top of it, nothing to be worried about when you shop with EmiratesAvenue.com we take care of all the hassle :)


- The EmiratesAvenue Warranty is clearly indicated on the product page and is for 1 year.

- For items that includes a manufacturer warranty, client need to bring the item directly to the manufacturer. EmiratesAvenue will provide any help needed by the client to bring the item to the manufacturer including arranging pick up of your item and delivery to the manufacturer.

- Any software damage is covered by the warranty if the system wasn't modified by the user illegally (for example jailbreaking a phone)

- Any hardware damage is covered by the warranty (except if the item isn't in good condition due to the bad use of it) 

- The EmiratesAvenue warranty does not cover parts. Customer has to pay for any parts that needs to be replaced.

- EmiratesAvenue will not be responsible for any personal data loss stored on the device while the item is being fixed. We strongly recommend saving all your datas before handing over your product.

- Item should be brought to EmiratesAvenue office in Dubai or can be picked up by EmiratesAvenue delivery service team - Pick up charges of 19 aed would apply.

- Once fixed, your item will be collected from our office in Dubai or can be delivered by EmiratesAvenue delivery service team - Delivery charges of 19 aed would apply.

 


There are 2 cases wherein EmiratesAvenue.com will refund your order:

Package unopened - wrong package received.

If you receive the wrong package, please contact us by email within the next 2 days.
You will receive the correct package in 48h or will be refunded, as you wish.


Package opened

. If you open the package and find item/s is broken or not in working order, the product's brand warranty our EmiratesAvenue's warranty will apply and your product will be fixed or replaced.

. If you received the wrong package but opened it, you have 2 days from the day you received your order to contact-us, we will arrange the replacement of the item, the original packaging needs to be retained and product has to be unused. This will be checked by EmiratesAvenue before deciding on any replacement offering. After this delay, we won't be able to exchange the item as this is the customers's responsability when buying an item to check if this is the correct one before opening it.

As we do not sell second hand items, an opened product is a product that we won't be able to sell again and therefore we will not accept any refund or exchange for an opened product.



Other information:

- EmiratesAvenue.com will not refund your order if your item/s are already opened or have already been used for more than 2 days.
